RECOMMENDATIONS
Yoga can be practiced in the office. All you need is a floor space a bit bigger than the size of a yoga mat, approximately 2m x 1m.
To get the most benefit out of Yoga we recommend 1-2 times per week.
The length of the classes can be accommodated to meet the needs of the workplace.
30 minutes, 45 minutes or 1 hour.
