Private Yoga Sessions

One on one sessions provide a great opportunity to learn more about the practice of yoga and how you can tailor and modify each yoga pose to suit your body and individual needs


Private yoga sessions can help you get a deeper understanding for the postures so you can get the most out of our time on the mat.

These sessions will work to create movement sequences to suit your needs/goals. 

Karolina can meet you at your home, or online via Zoom. It is beneficial to have some face-to-face lessons wherever possible.

The initial session is more like a consultation to get to know your specific needs.

For the best results it is recommended to have 4 sessions (once a week for 4 weeks) to ensure that your practice is leading you towards your desired outcome.


After this, sessions can take place whenever necessary.
