Individual coaching sessions

90 minutes - Online 

Work on a specific problem or situation

that requires change.

During the 90 minutes we go from problem

to solution by shifting the brain activity to

access your own inner wisdom in an uippfliting

and ispiring way. 

1 session USD 85

6 weeks intensive course - online

Go to the depths of your sabotaging patterns and

create long-lasting change.

Groups of maximum 5 people 

Time investment: 3-4 hours per week

Whats included: 

- 1 hour pre-recorded video per week

 (watch in segments between Saturday- Monday) 

- 1 hour pod meeting per week

(We decide on a time between Monday- Wednesday) 

- 1 hour individual coaching per week 

- 15 minutes PQ gym every day (Tuesday-Friday)
